Color Sorting
With the latest technologies in the world, some of which are sometimes used in military industries (such as night vision), more than 6 machines do this fully automatically for pistachios, pistachio kernel, barberry, figs and seeds.

One of the main needs of the major export of pistachios and pistachio kernels is certainly their sizing, which is done fully automatically inside the factory.

As you can see, a factory should always be breathing. It is not possible to machine and automate all the equipment in a healthy factory environment, while humans can create additional power for all these technologies. At the Green Galaxy factory, more than 400 people come to help our team every day in hygienic conditions and trained for this purpose.
